It combines the art of teppanyaki and Italy’s culinary tradition, it pays homage to the chef’s home prefecture of Kagawa as well as his favourite Mediterranean cuisine. Inspiration and over 50% of fresh produce come from Japan, like garlic, vegetables, fruit orchards and more.
The vibrant yet relaxed Italian-Japanese trattoria achieves East-West serendipity through an expansive à la carte menu starring seafood teppanyaki, pasta and risotto, meat mains and desserts – with the majority of the dishes are cooked at the teppanyaki counter.
