Duties & Responsibilities:

You will be assisting to handle 3-4 bars/restaurants’ regular marketing campaigns and brand  promotion , Coordinate with internal parties and vendors for events. Work with agencies on social media planning, Facebook and Instagram. 

Requirements:

High Diploma holder in accounting or related discipline;

Fresh grad welcome;

Experience with F&B / Hospitality Industry is an advantage;

Highly organised with strong administration skills;

Responsibilities:
Develop Beverage Menu (including alcohol and non-alcohol drinks)  
Work alongside with Management to devise interesting pairings of food & wine on the menus
Possess good knowledge of the menu and drink list and ensure all customer orders are served timely and correctly
Interact with Members to obtain feedback and build positive relationships
Ensure the smooth operation of the bar area
Drinks preparation and assist on floor operation
Build relationship with key suppliers and always check out on special offers and negotiate the best prices with suppliers
Assist in stock ordering and monthly stock takeKnowledge of Cocktails / Japanese sake is preferred

Responsibilities:

Handle all accounts payable related tasks 

Liaising with internal and external parties, including suppliers or relevant parties etc

Assist in accounts receivable (including daily revenue receipts etc)

Assist in month end closing process and prepare related reports 

Ensure systematic filing systems

Coordinate with other departments on accounting matters

Work independently on confidential documents and correspondences as required

Requirements:
