The Jiangsu Club in Sheung Wan preserves the rich heritage of China’s most celebrated gastronomic region. The interior design of Jiangsu Club is inspired by the iconic Quadrangle Courtyard House in Beijing, a significant structure that captures the essence of traditional Chinese architecture. The main dining space and eight individual private rooms are presented in a palette of sapphire blue that exudes a sense of understated luxury, with meticulous elements that shine in every design detail.
